Machine 27V:
Much like the apparatus depicted in folio 27R, this machine also encounters the constraint of restricted column erection. However, unlike the previous one, this particular machine does not appear suited for cannons due to the excessively high angles and the proximity of the workers to the canon ’s end . Notably, the translation of this specific drawing into a functional machine encountered challenges with perspective, resulting in minor design modifications, such as the inclusion of a smaller gear at the bottom.
