Machine 14V:
This apparatus can raise a column to a vertical orientation, provided the column commences at an initial angle. However, considering alternatives beyond this apparatus, methods exist to elevate the column from its horizontal position. By incorporating supplementary metal bars, the column can be lifted from lower points. Yet, a lingering query pertains to why the threaded bars do not extend fully downward, preventing the use of these additional metal bars initially. This limitation could stem from the difficulty of crafting such lengthy metal components in a single piece.
